David Inlander will speak at upcoming mediation event Best Practices in Attorney-Assisted Mediation: Changing the Way We Negotiate on Thursday, February 29. The session will be moderated by the Hon. Grace G. Dickler (Ret.) of JAMS and also include Psychotherapist and Divorce Coach Sarah Puccia, Beth F. McCormack of Beermann and Jason Sposeep of Schiller, DuCanto & Fleck.
As part of the event, David will draw upon his deep experience to unpack the mediation process, share best practices and offer suggestions for resolution from a mediator’s perspective. Panelist will also discuss how to utilize divorce coaches and navigate difficult family situations such as those involving narcissists and alcoholics.
This event is geared towards all mental health professionals, divorce coaches, financial experts and legal professionals who want to enhance their mediation skills and gain insights from highly experienced individuals in their respective fields.
David is an accomplished mediator known for his work on high-end complex matrimonial mediation with decades of experience guiding challenging cases to equitable resolutions as a leading litigator. Over the course of his career, he has helped resolve hundreds of cases through creative solutions and alternative dispute resolution.
