David represents corporate and individual clients in state and federal courts in Illinois and elsewhere.  Cases commonly involve breaches of contract, restrictive covenants, fiduciary duty, or trade secret claims.  David also has ample appellate litigation experience including his significant participation in a case from the trial level all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court, where his client’s position was affirmed.
