For the second year in a row, David Inlander, Suzanne Glade and Julie Brett have been named to the Best Lawyers® list for Family Law. For the 2017 Edition of The Best Lawyers in America©, 7.3 million votes were analyzed. Lawyers are not required or allowed to pay a fee to be listed; therefore inclusion in Best Lawyers is considered a singular honor.

On May 1, 2015, Ronald Menna was a presenter at the Illinois State Bar Association’s 2015 Allerton House Conference: New Realities of Civil Practice: Economics, Ethics & Innovation, which was held at the Starved Rock Lodge & Conference Center, in Utica, Illinois.  Mr. Menna’s topic was “New Challenges for the Bar: Non-Traditional Providers of Legal Services.” 

On April 24, 2015, David Inlander was a presenter at the Illinois State Bar Association’s Civility and Professionalism in 2015 seminar, which was held at Chicago Kent College of Law.  Mr. Inlander’s topic was “The Court’s Role in Guiding Civility.” 

David Inlander participated as a speaker in the Interreligious Observance in memory of Cardinal Francis George at Holy Name Cathedral on April 22, 2015.  In his role as national Chair of Interreligious Affairs of AJC, David offered a prayer recognizing the interfaith endeavors initiated by Cardinal George and his dedication to bridging our communities.  Following the service, David was interviewed by all the local television networks

On April 18, 2015, Mark Rosenbaum was a speaker at the ACTHA (Association of Condominium, Townhouse, and Homeowners Associations) Spring Conference in Oakbrook Terrace.   Mr. Rosenbaum’s topic was “The Roles of Each of Owners, Directors and Officers in the Operation of Associations”.

Ronald Menna has been unanimously appointed by the Illinois Supreme Court to serve on its Committee on Character and Fitness, representing the Second Appellate District (covering the counties of Northeastern Illinois, other than Cook, including DuPage, Lake and Kane Counties). The Committee evaluates the moral character and general fitness of applicants to practice law. He will serve a term ending December 31, 2017.

Morry Dyner, a partner at our firm, made a presentation on Wednesday, March 26, 2014, before the Executives Guild, a networking organization of sixty (60) business owners and entrepreneurs.  The program focused on the significance, necessity and interrelationship of Advance Directives, specifically, Powers of Attorney for Property and Health Care, Living Will Declarations and Do Not Resuscitate (DNR) Forms.

Mark Rosenbaum appeared in the March, 2014 issue of The Chicagoland Cooperator magazine, as a guest commentator, answering a reader’s question on co-op law.
